The new Pesaro courthouse,the Palazzo di Giustizia , is located on the southeast side of piazzale Carducci , precisely on the edge of the oldest part of the historical city centre.

It is articulated in two groups of buildings: a main one, which is already constructed , includes the magistrate's court,law court and penal and civil hearing rooms;the other is an elongated , low body constructed only as far as the underground floor destined for a parking lot for the Law Society,the Justice of the Peace and the archives.

The covered surface of the main body of the building is equal to 2.060 square metres,with an overall development of 7.500 square metre,while the future extension will cover 1.200 square metres, for a development of about 2.500 square metres.
